When troubleshooting your Z-Box Hub, our support team may ask you to send us your system logs for review to help diagnose an issue. Here are the instructions for accessing and downloading the logs from your Z-Box Hub. Please note that the logs are encrypted and cannot be opened by the end user; they are for developer review only.
1. Enter the following URL link into the browser window: <IP of the Z-Box hub>/api/service/logsDump (for example: 192.168.0.143/api/service/logsDump)
2. You might be asked to enter your Z-Box login credentials first:
3. Once you sign in, your logs will be automatically downloaded in a zip file format and you'll see this screen:
