When troubleshooting your Z-Box Hub, our support team may ask you to send us your system logs for review to help diagnose an issue. Here are the instructions for accessing and downloading the logs from your Z-Box Hub.
1. Enter the following URL link into the browser window: <IP of the Z-Box hub>/api/service/logsDump (for example: 192.168.0.143/api/service/logsDump)
2. You might be asked to enter your Z-Box login credentials first:
